Fit10N small group training features 10 minute workouts that provide the encouragement and guidance of a personal trainer as well as the upbeat atmosphere of group fitness! We offer 10 minute cardio, total body, and core sessions that allow members to mix and match both their workouts and the amount of time they want to spend exercising. The workouts change daily to prevent boredom and keep the workouts exciting!

My name is Alexius Benedict, and I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sport Science and a minor in Medical Anthropology. I am passionate about helping and encouraging people to reach their goals and change their lifestyle in order to become healthier and happier overall. I have been training clients and teaching group exercise for over four years.
In my free time, I love to run, spend time with my friends and family, try out the newest craft beers, and hang with my dog, Diego!
