Scott Anspach,  MEdCEO (Chief Exercise Officer) – Earned his Exercise Science degree from the University of Dayton and Masters in Adult Fitness from University of Georgia.  He has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years.  Scott participates in many duathlons (run, bike, run) and 5ks.  He recently set his 5k PR of 19:59 at the age of 50 and normally places in the top 3 in his age group.

Champ – CTO (Chief Therapy Officer) at age 13 Champ has retired from competitive running buts still runs around the house after the cats and likes being chased.  Champ and Scott won their age group in the 2016 Santa Paws 5k with a time of 22:42 and were 9th overall for runners with and without dogs.

Alexius Benedict, B.S., CFO (Chief Fit10N Officer) – Graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sport Science and a minor in Medical Anthropology.  Alexius has completed the Raleigh Rocks Half, Rock n Roll Raleigh Half 2 times and Skinny Turkey Half.

Gayla Privott, MS, NASM-CPT, CIO (Chief Inspiration Officer) – Fit Inspired Living, LLC Founder and Owner.  Wellness Coordinator and trainer at PPD award winning Wellness Program for over 5 year.  Todd Durkin Master Mind Member, IDEA Member and WELCOA Member.  Partnered with AdvoCare to provide elite nutrition.

Beth McDonnell MS, RD, LDN MS, RD, LDN –   Beth is a registered dietitian with a Master’s degree in nutrition and 25 years of nutrition counseling experience in a variety of clinical and community settings, including both individual and group sessions.  She is the owner of Make Better Choices, LLC.  Beth was a casual runner – occasional 10k or 5k until she ran her first marathon at age 40.  Since then she has run 8 more marathons including Boston twice and New York City one of the same years she ran Boston.

Danielle Andolina MS, RD, LDN – Danielle is a Registered Dietitian with a special interest in plant-based diets. Her expertise includes patients with diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, cardiovascular diseases, and general nutrition with weight management. Danielle is a competitive runner, racing in distances including half marathon, marathon and ultramarathon.

Kathy McPherson, CPTO (Chief Physical Therapy Officer) – Kathy has been a physical therapist for 15 years, and has a variety of experience with acute rehab, hippotherapy, ergonomics, and outpatient orthopedics. Kathy moved from the Boston area with her family to North Carolina, and enjoys spending time with her family, playing with their dog, baking, hiking, exercising, swimming, pilates, meditating and going to the beach.
