Step 2: Meet with an Active Bodez Trainer

Talk about your goals, challenges and develop a personalized plan to meet your needs.
Step 3: Schedule your first workout

Meet some of our awesome Active Bodez members and see how it feels to belong to a group of fit-minded people. If you surround yourself with others who have achieved similar goals, you are more likely to succeed.
Day One: Together we start your journey to a healthier you

Congrats on your first workout! We help you learn the fundamentals of fitness and our Active Bodez trainers and community help keep you accountable and support you on this journey.
Day 30: On your way to defining your ABSS (Active Bodez Success Story)

Congratulations you’ve completed 30 days at Active Bodez and you’ve already reached a couple of your fitness goals!
Day 60: A Happier, Healthier You

After two months of steady work, you’ve learned to do things you never thought you could. You are stronger, faster, and more athletic than you were before. Time to celebrate your new lifestyle of reaching milestones, pushing toward your potential, achieving PRs (personal records), and so much more!

What will my first time at Active Bodez be like?
If it’s your Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome trainers will give you a tour of the facilities, sit down with you and talk about your goals and challenges and walk you through what to expect in a workout. Contact us now to get started!
I’m not in very good shape… can I do this?
The very first thing you will discover is that we do not discriminate. Whether you are young at heart, or have just completed your 50th marathon, or are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’re someone training for the Iditarod…We will help you achieve your fitness goals with our high level of personal service.
One of the things that makes us so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, you name it. Our Active Bodez come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.

How often do you recommend I come to Active Bodez?
If you’re just starting, we recommend coming two days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to three-four depending on your goals.
