Absolutely! Consistency AND quality are key. Even with just two days a week, our coaches can design a program that maximizes your time and delivers effective results. Think about the power of compounding—two workouts a week for a year is over 100 workouts! Imagine how much stronger, more energetic and healthier you’ll feel with those 100 workouts under your belt. We focus on effective, efficient workouts that improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. With the right guidance and effort, you’ll see positive changes and feel the benefits, even with a busy schedule.

At Active Bodez, you get a coach who is with you every step of the way. Our coaches guide you on what exercises to do, how to do them, and what weights to use, so you don’t have to think about it. Each workout is tracked, so we know exactly what exercises and weights you did previously, allowing us to tailor your program for continuous progress. You’ll train alongside a handful of other members, enjoying the benefits of personalized attention and the motivation that comes from a supportive group environment. This comprehensive approach ensures you stay committed, enjoy your workouts and achieve your fitness goals effectively. Unlike many class-based programs where everyone does the same workout, we provide truly personalized training in a dynamic group setting.

No, we offer flexible membership options to accommodate your needs. At Active Bodez, we understand that life can be unpredictable, so we don’t lock you into long-term contracts. Our goal is to support you on your fitness journey with the freedom to adjust your commitment as needed. We operate on 4-week billing cycles that auto-renew, meaning we have to earn your business every month. This approach ensures that we are always providing the best possible service to keep you coming back.

Becoming an Active Bodez Coach is more than having the right degree and certifications—it’s about embodying our core values and passion for helping others. Our coaches are personable, positive, and professional. This includes a minimum 4 year degree in exercise science, practical experience and continuous professional development. Our acceptance rate is less than 2%…more selective than Ivy League schools. This ensures that only the best and most dedicated professionals become Active Bodez Coaches. And even after joining, our coaches’ education never stops, as we are committed to continuous learning and growth. We pride ourselves on having a highly skilled and dedicated team to positively impact our members’ lives.

Training is just one part of your Active Bodez membership. In addition to personalized training sessions, you’ll have an expert coach who customizes your program based on your continuous progress. Your coach will guide you on exactly what exercises to do, how to do them, and what weights to use, ensuring you achieve the results you want.  Your membership includes this comprehensive support, ensuring you have everything you need for success. You’ll receive constant guidance, progress tracking and expert advice tailored to your individual needs and goals.

We don't typically roll over sessions, because it motivates you to use them every 4 weeks to be consistent. However, we understand that life gets busy and if you don’t use all your sessions within a given billing cycle just let your coach know and you can roll them over to the next billing cycle. This flexibility ensures that you get the full value of your membership and can continue progressing towards your fitness goals, even if your schedule changes unexpectedly.
