over 60?
Many of our current members are 60 plus and have been with us for 15-25 years (see below).
- Our workouts are designed to be easy on the joints, but challenging for the muscles.
- We have a balance class taught by our physical therapist, who also specializes in working with those 65 and up.
- Our trainers have minimum of 4 year degrees in the exercise sciences and 2 have worked for Raleigh Orthopaedic Physical Therapy.
- We have Keiser air resistance equipment that was designed for the over 50 market.
- We have group training and yoga specifically for those over 60.
