Coach Carl Poe - All Sports. Masters Degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University. 19 years experience including working at the United States Olympic Training Center as a Sport Physiology Research Assistant testing and evaluating elite athletes and responsible for Strength, Power and Conditioning programs for Summer and Winter Olympic athletes for the Barcelona and Albertville Olympic Games. Coach Poe has been responsible for strength & conditioning program design and implementation for developmental, junior elite, elite and professional athletes.

Coach Scott - 30 years experience. Baseball, Basketball, Football, Badminton, Tennis and Golf. B.S. Exercise Science University of Dayton and MEd. Adult Fitness University of Georgia.
