Love Coach Poe!! Our son is an elite level hockey player and has been working with Coach Poe for 6 months for strength and conditioning training. Coach Poe is professional, well versed in training athletes across multiple sports, well educated and has experience training professional athletes. Best of all, he cares about each athlete and designs the training sessions specific to their sport and desired goals. Our son works hard and enjoys every workout. His strength and stamina have greatly improved since he started. We highly recommend working with Coach Poe.
